ABOUT US

Despite our relatively young age, Zebra Square has had the privilege of hosting global events. We had the opportunity to work with big corporates such as Chanel, Porsche, Accenture, Shell, Maxis, Samsung, Singapore Tourism Board, YouTube, Google and etc. We assisted them in many tasks through events while the companies were located overseas.  We also hosted a Sony photography event, a3-days seminar involving many speakers and photo-experts from overseas, where we assisted on the event side to co-ordinate with the set-up team as well to source and manage the suppliers for them. We also recently hosted none other than Ferrari, where we put together a host of our corporate partners such as the Valiram Group (one of the biggest distributers for luxury brands such as Jimmy Choo,

Rolex, Vertu just to name a few) and beverage partners such as Carlsberg and Virtue for the launch of Ferrari's F12, the Berlin Etta. Other’s clients include “Visit Britain Year” by the British Tourism Board (where we were very honoured to be chosen as the venue to host this regional event for British Tourism Council among 4 other countries, i.e. Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and India), Maxis new campaign–The Maxis Way, the F1 party with Mercedes Benz. These are just a few of the globally renowned brands that Zebra Square has worked with.

TEAM

Creative Director

Syeba Yip

Syeba was the founder and ex-CEO of the Malaysian International Fashion Week (MIFW) for more than 10 years. MIFW was the largest annual fashion event in Malaysia, where she was personally responsible for managing, coordinating and running no fewer than 20 events/ shows consecutively over a period of 5 days annually, and which involved more than 800 guests per show. During each and every fashion week, she and her team had to deal with more than 200 personnel such as international media and fashion buyers from all over the world. Quite apart from that, the team had to manage and deal with more than 120 fashion designers, each of whom had their own distinctive and idiosyncratic personalities, which on any scale is a huge challenge in terms of people skills and management. Information on MIFW and her involvement there in can easily be googled for further reference.
